Brave Hearts, Bold Futures
We aim to unlock inherent potential within each person, fostering an inclusive and diverse society of change makers.
Who we are
Ousa is a social impact charity founded in 2021.
Named after the Portuguese word for bravery and symbolized by the mighty jaguar, we embody the spirit of courage in all our endeavours. Ousa is a tech-education charity committed to forging reciprocal relationships with the UK’s third and public sectors. Our mission is to empower individuals through transformative training, real-world experience, and collaborative innovation.
In 2021, Ousa demonstrated this commitment by licensing the disruptive coding school 42 to the UK and opened its first campus in London in March 2023. 42 is now the largest network of coding schools on the planet, offering a free and open-to-all software engineering program.
